Here at FRTS we know that not everyone likes to drive a black Ford. Diversity is an integral part of our mission to best support front-line workers and their families by providing a variety of unique, and specialized, culturally competent counselors so that all clients feel included and valued in their lived experiences. Successful intervention and prevention begins when people feel free to be who they are, and where they are, in their healing journeys.
